Projects begin with a written scope, a fixed-price or retainer quote, and a signed agreement. Work commences once the initial deposit is received in cleared funds.
Standard delivery timeline is confirmed at quote stage. Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable; additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Within 3 days of deposit: full refund less any hours already worked. After work begins: the deposit is non-refundable; partially completed work is delivered as-is at our discretion.
Final deliverables (code, designs, content) become your property upon final payment. We retain rights to our own reusable frameworks, components, and internal tooling. Case studies and screenshots of completed work may be used by us for marketing unless an NDA expressly forbids it.
Standard mutual NDA available on request before exchange of pipeline, pricing, or sensitive project details. Trade-tier engagements automatically include NDA.
Our maximum liability for any single commission is the value invoiced for that commission. We are not liable for consequential losses (delay to broader project, lost revenue, etc.).
Good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, mediation through the Thai Mediation Center, Bangkok. If still unresolved, the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction.
